X Factor Tour Finishes
After performing to more than half a million fans around the country, the biggest X Factor tour yet has come to end. Blink worked closely with Syco, Production North and XL Video to provide a complete screens and video solution for the tour which raised production values across the board. We supplied all the video equipment for the elaborate stage set, as well as creating an advertising package and producing dedicated pre-show programming and screen visuals. We worked with the creative team at Syco TV to incorporate the pre-show screens into the overall X Factor brand. Our pre-show entertainment featured ‘shout out’ videos that we filmed with Alexandra Burke, JLS and Jedward, as well as the 10 worst auditions of all-time, which we compiled and edited with Syco. We also filmed and edited one of the O2 concerts, adding to our existing screens cameras to minimise the impact on the tour and deliver added value. The end result was a slick production that integrated seamlessly with the tour to deliver the fans and client a truly cohesive X Factor experience.
