Advertising – Case Study
Blink TV and Play.com joined forces in December 2009 to promote the pre-Christmas release of The Killers – Live at Albert Hall DVD release. The Play.com campaign ran over 10 nights to sold-out arenas on comedian Russell Howard’s tour. Following this successful campaign, Play.com became Blink TV’s exclusive DVD/CD retailer advertising partner. Play.com campaigns now run throughout all Blink TV music and comedy tours and festivals. Campaigns to date have included releases by Cheryl Cole and Robbie Williams, along with DVD releases for Sherlock Holmes, It’s Complicated, Shameless and Did You Hear About The Morgans?
